We have been in the business now for almost five weeks. There has been a huge learning curve which is daunting as well as exciting. There are lots of challenges for us; fun and not so fun challenges but we see as a huge opportunity to really put our experiences to use. I managed to find a great online "mentor" by the name of Alex Cochran who has over 30 years of retail marketing and merchandise management experience. He has worked for some of Australia s largest retail chains along side a number of the worlds best retail executives.
